Board of Adjustments Notice of Public Hearings

Notice is hereby given that the City of Holdrege Board of Adjustments will hold two public hearings beginning at 5:01 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21st, 2024, in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 502 East Avenue in Holdrege, Nebraska.

Board members will receive comments on an Application for Variance from Tom Rust to construct a six-hundred-sixty-square-foot addition to his garage at 914 Miller Street that will exceed the City’s Thirty-Percent Lot Coverage Restriction in an R-1 Residential District. Immediately following, members will receive comments on an Application for Variance from Josh Jones to construct a garage at 203 Burlington Street that will exceed the one-thousand-two hundred-square- foot-restriction for an Accessory Use Structure in an R-3 Residential District.

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard during these public hearings.
