The Police Department has ten sworn officers and five full time dispatchers providing services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Department works closely with the Phelps County Sheriff's Office and the Nebraska State Patrol to solve problems in the community. Officers are trained in a variety of areas to bring professionalism to the their jobs in the areas of crime prevention, drug education, traffic enforcement and all types of investigations.
