Board of Adjustments Notice of Public Hearings

Notice is hereby given that the City of Holdrege Board of Adjustments will hold three public hearings beginning at 5:01 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7th, 2024, in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 502 East Avenue in Holdrege, Nebraska.

Board members will receive comments on an Application for Variance from Terry and SuAnn Gipe to construct a six-foot privacy fence at 522 Lincoln Street that will encroach on the twenty-five-foot setback of 6th Avenue.

Immediately following, members will consider an Application for Variance from Staci Trumble to construct a covered porch at 416 West 11th Avenue that will encroach on the twenty-five-foot setback of West 11th Avenue.

Members will also consider another Application for Variance from Staci Trumble to construct a one thousand three hundred sixty square-foot garage at 416 West 11th Avenue that exceeds the one thousand two hundred square-foot restriction of an accessory use structure in an R-1 Residential District.

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at the appropriate time during these public hearings.
